They started an auto install service of WP and MT, and a user can install them quickly with ease.
Auto install service of blog software is an ordinary service in the U.S. Though in Japan very few hosting companies provides that.
A version of Movable Type which Heteml provides now is "MTOS 5.01 Japanese version".
